Franz has produced award winning design and illustration for many venues over the years, logos, packaging, posters and point-of-sale promotions and tradeshow displays.
AD CREATIVE/PUBLICATION DESIGN
Many of our publication designs, brochure works and ads have been published in 7 languages, from local charities and businesses to major international corporate clients.
PRODUCT DESIGN/VISUALIZATION
We use cutting edge 3D software to help you visualize your ideas in beautiful HDRI imagery.
PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO/ANIMATION
We know location photography and video. We partner with top studio photographers when needed. We utilize 2D and 3D animation tools.

ABOUT
Franz Incorporated started in 1990 in La Crosse, WI as Franz-Hatlem Design Group. Those early days brought many challenges but with perseverance, hard work, and a little bit of luck, we produced award-winning work for companies such as Rollerblade, Postalsoft, Inland Printing, Stansfield Vending Co. and many others.
Alan Franz bought the company in 1995 to continue the tradition of creating outstanding, award-winning work for companies based in the Midwest such as Kwik Trip, G. Heileman Brewing, Victor Allen's Coffee, Gundersen Lutheran Hospital, LaCrosse Footwear, and more.
Today, Alan Franz and his associates serve companies and organizations from the small local business on the corner, to major international corporations. Our design work has been translated into six languages, transcending geographic boundaries, and at the same time can be found on the street sign and website of the local lumber yard.
